Navy Region Northwest Fleet and Family Readiness (NRNW FFR) welcomed FranklinCovey trainers to introduce the transformative 7 Habits of Highly Effective People ™ course, providing a unique opportunity for professional growth and strengthening the region’s ability to deliver exceptional services in support of the Navy's mission.

This training opportunity arose from CNIC Fleet & Family Readiness choosing the Northwest region to pilot a new employee development initiative. In partnership with FranklinCovey Co., NRNW FFR is focused on offering valuable growth opportunities for all employees, aiming to enhance their leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, which ultimately contribute to a more effective workforce.
The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People ™ program is globally recognized for its impact on organizations, helping to cultivate strong leaders, dynamic teams, and a cohesive organizational culture. The course is specifically designed to drive long-term success by:
- Increasing individual effectiveness through character development and skills assessment
