Beyond child care, our Child & Youth Programs can also assist in connecting you with other related resources in the area.

Our School Liaison Officer (SLO) serves as the central point of contact for school-related matters between NRNW Commands, military families, and local school systems. The SLO specializes in serving military students and families and offers a wide spectrum of services.

The Navy's Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) is designed to assist Sailors by addressing the special needs of their exceptional family members (EFM) during the assignment process. Special needs include any special medical, dental, mental health, developmental or educational requirement, wheelchair accessibility, adaptive equipment or assistive technology devices and services.
