Capturing the Outdoors @ Heybrook Ridge

Enjoy the beauty of the Skykomish Valley on this easy to moderate hike, while learning some photography tips along the way! You'll wind through a mossy forest and have the opportunity to snap stunning photos of Mount Index and other nearby peaks from the ridge at the top. The hike is 3.3 miles round-trip with an elevation gain of 800 feet. After the hike, we’ll stop in town for lunch. Please note: Camera equipment is not provided. Participants should bring their own camera or phone if they wish to take photos.
