Pump up the New Year Challenge
Start the challenge from Jan. 1-31.
It's our 30-day pump-you-up challenge to get you fired up for 2025. During January work to increase your lift numbers by the end of the month. Numbers will be calculated for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for Bench and Squat categories for the biggest increase in pounds accumulated.
You need to come and get your initial lifts in between Jan. 1-3, make an appointment with our training team to get your squat or bench (or both) personal record lift numbers logged. During January work to increase your lift numbers by the end of the month. Then go analyze your progression for the contest, between Feb. 3-5.
