Effective sponsorship helps ensure a smooth move when the sponsor is equipped with the information and resources needed in time of transition. This class will focus on the definition of a sponsor and the “do’s and don'ts” of being a good sponsor. This workshop is for individuals interested in becoming a sponsor or those command representatives interested in strengthening a sponsorship program.
