April is Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month (SAAPM), dedicated to raising awareness, educating communities, and preventing sexual violence, with teal as its official color. Below is events for you to attend to show your support of this month.
 

April 1-30

Step Up Against Sexual Assault! This Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month, participate in a personal step challenge towards increasing health and awareness in your community. For step tracking details please coordinate with your command victim advocate or email NAVSTA-Everett-SAPR@us.navy.mil. The top 10 participants will receive a SAPR coin!

April 1-15

Annual CMT- SAPR/NCIS/Suicide Prevention 1200-1500 PST in Moore Auditorium

April 9

Step Up w/SAPR- Meet your NSE SAPR team at the track to log steps and see the stats. 1300-1500 PST at Seismos Fitness Center Track

April 29

UVA Appreciation and Denim Day Bldg 2000 Rm 105 1000-1200 PST. Join the SAPR program in recognizing uniformed victim advocates and wear denim in support of survivors.
