Drop in for a 1-mile swim timed by Aquatics Staff any day and time from Sept. 21-25.
Fastest male and female finishers will receive 5 points.
4 points for 2nd place. 3 points for 3rd place. 1 point for each finisher.
The Command with the most total points will receive 5 Captain Cup points.
4 Captain's Cup points for 2nd place. 3 Captain's Cup points for 3rd place.
