UPDATES: PPV Housing Tenant Satisfaction Survey

The PPV Tenant Satisfaction Survey will run through Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2021. The survey is your chance as a resident to provide your valuable feedback to help improve the resident experience and be entered into a drawing for a $100-$250 gift card!

Why complete the Housing PPV Tenant Satisfaction Survey (TSS)?

As a Housing PPV Resident, this is your opportunity to share with the Navy your personal housing experience. This feedback is an essential part of the Navy’s assessment of privatized housing to encourage business process change and improvements. Hunt (PPV) is offering gift cards ranging between $100 and $250 to families that have completed their survey. CEL & Associates, Inc. (CEL) draws the addresses from completed survey participants and provides a list of winners to the Navy. Navy then shares the drawing winners with Hunt. There’s still time to complete your survey and win a free gift card from Hunt!

How is the Tenant Satisfaction Survey distributed?

This year, the Navy is managing the Tenant Satisfaction Survey (TSS). The survey was formerly managed by PPV (Hunt) and known as the Resident Satisfaction Survey (RSS). To keep results unbiased, the TSS survey is independently coordinated by a third party vendor, CEL & Associates, Inc. (CEL). Once CEL receives the survey results, a summary is provided to the Navy. A survey was emailed directly from CEL to one PPV resident per household with a link and passcode from NavyHousingSurvey@celassociates.com. Check your spam/junk folder in case the survey was filtered by your email provider. Participants are anonymous unless a request to be contacted is made in the comment section. The Navy Housing Service Center (HSC) will respond to these requests once shared by CEL.

Every resident suggestion, concern and complaint is important! You can also reach out directly to your Navy HSC if you need assistance or advocacy support.

What if I did not receive the Tenant Satisfaction Survey?

If for any reason you do not receive an e-mail from CEL with the survey link, please contact your Navy Housing Services Center (HSC)
