FFSC: Mind Body Mental Fitness: Stress Resilience

This module will teach participants to explore how stress affects the 4 domains of resilience (mind, body, spirit and social). Participants will learn and practice the vital skill of Energy Management and Recalibration which will allow one to resync with their mind-body connection and will increase clear thinking and optimize performance. Participants will also learn skills to turn stress into growth opportunities and to recognize stress before it becomes a problem.
