Whether you’re a new Navy spouse or you’ve been around awhile, sometimes you can feel as though you’ve moved to another planet! The Navy has its own language, traditions and customs. Everything can seem so different. This training provides information on benefits, support services, military culture and resources to help Navy spouses adapt to the military lifestyle.
