NSE Mind, Body Mental Fitness (MBMF) - Problem-Solving

The primary goal of Mind Body Mental Fitness is to help Sailors enhance the mental, physical, spiritual, and social domains in their lives. Participants will learn proactive pathways to achieve mental fitness, find balance within these domains, and gain practical skills they can utilize every day, both at work and at home.

8 a.m. to 10 a.m. - Module 1: Stress Resilience

10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. - Module 2: Mindfulness & Mediation

Monday, June 13  

8 a.m. to 10 a.m. - Module 3: Living Core Values

10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. - Module 4: Flexibility

Monday, June 20  

8 a.m. - 10 a.m. - Module 5: Problem-Solving

10:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. - Module 6: Connection

Over the course of six sessions, MBMF can help you and your command by teaching Sailors and families how to leverage neuroplasticity and build mental toughness through consistent practice to develop personal resilience, deepen their connections with themselves and others, and live in fuller accordance with their core values.
